Abstract

This scholarly text provides a comprehensive analysis of the binary opposition “own – other” and its role in human cognition, language, and cultural systems. The historical, philosophical, psychological, and linguistic foundations of this opposition are explored, and its significance in the processes of human perception and categorization of reality is substantiated.
