Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological factors influencing the formation of tolerance and a culture of interethnic communication among student youth. The study highlights the interdependence between students' levels of ethnic tolerance, communicative competence, empathy, social attitudes, and intercultural communication skills. It also reveals the psychological mechanisms for forming a healthy social environment in educational institutions, strengthening interethnic harmony, and developing effective communication between representatives of different cultures.
