This study examines the role of Regional Trade Agreements (RTAs) in enhancing international trade and investment, with a specific focus on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). RTAs have become pivotal in shaping global trade dynamics by reducing trade barriers, harmonizing regulations, and fostering economic cooperation among member countries. RCEP, as one of the largest RTAs, involving major economies in the Asia-Pacific region, provides a significant case to explore the impact of such agreements on trade flows, foreign direct investment, and economic integration. The analysis highlights how RCEP facilitates market access, streamlines trade procedures, and encourages investment, thereby promoting regional economic growth and stability. This case study also sheds light on the challenges and opportunities presented by RCEP, offering insights into the broader implications of RTAs in the global trade landscape.
