This study examines the evolving landscape of international legal cooperation in digital platform regulation, focusing on existing and emerging models of regulatory harmonization. Through comparative analysis of major jurisdictions' approaches, we evaluate the effectiveness of various cooperation frameworks in addressing cross-border challenges in platform governance. The research identifies key success factors and obstacles in achieving regulatory convergence, providing recommendations for policymakers and regulators. Our findings suggest that while significant progress has been made in certain areas, substantial challenges remain in achieving comprehensive regulatory harmonization across jurisdictions.
