Present Political Scenerio and Need of Good Governance in Jammu and Kashmir

Abstract

This research paper to study undertake an analysis of evaluate the existing democracy in the course of comparative studies of the three coalition government’s governance in the Jammu and Kashmir state from the year 2002-2018, and its agenda’ for future political stability in Jammu and Kashmir. This Paper also analysis the factor responsible for the governance discrepancy in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and how for the differences in ideologies, political and regional interest has overstated the democratic governance in the state. The slow development and innovation in the state of Jammu and Kashmir can be accredited to diverse issue including rampant corruption, lack of good governance in all the three regions of Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. The unsuitable policy and programmes has been answerable for the poor socio-economic development in the state. The creation of continuing instability in the governance of the state has been adversely affected every sphere. The revoking of Article 370 and establishment of union territory in Jammu and Kashmir from state twisted an alarming an inquisitiveness in my perceptive of persuaded that there is a need to study the quality of political leadership in Jammu and Kashmir.
