While the fee helps sustain the operational costs of the journal, it is important to note that this journal is dedicated solely to the dissemination of knowledge and does not receive any funding or sponsorship from external organizations or institutions. • Discount for Institutions Collaborating with the Journal:
  Institutions that wish to collaborate with the journal by providing qualified international editors and reviewers or by continuously supplying high-quality articles can benefit from a discounted publication fee of 75.00 USD. This collaboration is aimed at enhancing the journal's quality and ensuring the involvement of top-tier professionals in the editorial process.
